When I’m stuck in traffic I always sing I feel pretty now….
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 January 2010This film has one of the best opening quarters I have ever seen. Add in the matchless Marissa Tomei and you can't go wrong... or can you...
The second quarter is entertaining, with Jack up to his usual Nicholsonisms, accompanied by the standard Sandleresque "how did I get here?"-type responses.
They say "quit while you're ahead & leave them hungry for more".
If only.
Unfortunately, I watched the second half: it descended very rapidly into pastiche and predictability. It's as if the first half was made by the Farrelly Brothers, who posted the tapes for Disney to add the usual 'tied up in a cutesy bow, while everyone learns a valuable-but-ultimately-bland-life-lesson ending.
Such a shame.
In saying that, I would still advise anyone to get it; watching the first half is worth it alone - just switch off when you start to feel dozy...

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2022It was very funny and such a good film to watch and relax. I would say though you could see how the film was gonna end from a mile away I won’t spoil it but it was pretty obvious.

Fantástica comedia sobre la vida de un ejecutivo aburrido que cambia de vida cuando conoce a un psicoanalista loco. Es de risa para ver en familia. Merece la pena
